    We have many more designs then we can list on our website. Pleas contact us and let us know what you are looking for so we can upload images to fit your need.
     
  • Why should I save my garments in the “my saved items” space?
    Saving your items means that you as a user can have easy access back into a designed item. This means if you want to hold off on ordering or re-order the piece you can with just a click of a button
     
  • What do I do if I receive an error message and can’t check-out?
    Save your item, log out of the system and then log back in. Open up you’re my saved items, select the desired garment, and try again.
     
  • What is the difference between the “My Saved Items” and the “Items I’ve Bought” links?
    The items you’ve bought link will only populate items which you have officially purchased. The items you saved space can be used to pre-create ideas and modify current items, you as a user will have to save the items for them to populate here.
     
  • Will I get a discount for ordering quantities of garments?
    Yes, The price breaks occur in quantities of 10 ex. 11 shirts get a 10% discount. It is always better to order bulk if you know that you will need a quantity in the long run.
     
  • What if I want my text in a different color then is available on the site?
    Let us know what color it is you are looking for in the special instructions box during check out.
     
  • How do I track my order?
    As soon as your package is shipped you should receive an e-mail from us containing your tracking number. Go to UPS.com and input your tracking number to view your packages status.
